Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the Levex website and trading application ("Levex", "we", "us"), which offers perpetual futures on currency exchange rates and stock market indices, settled in USDG on Robinhood Chain.

By connecting a wallet or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Levex.

Eligibility

  • Age and capacity: You must be of legal age and able to enter a binding agreement where you live.
  • Local law: You are responsible for making sure that trading leveraged derivatives is lawful for you. Do not use Levex from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited.

The product

  • Perpetual futures: Each FX market tracks a currency pair quoted against the US dollar, and each index market tracks a national stock benchmark in local points. Neither has an expiry, and you never own the underlying currency or shares.
  • Trading hours: FX markets trade 24/7. Index markets follow their exchange's hours; orders placed while an exchange is closed queue and fill at the next open.
  • Execution: Orders are filled by Levex at the live mark price shown in the application. There is no order book.
  • Paused feeds: If a price feed pauses, new orders queue and fill at the next live price. We do not fill orders at stale prices.

Margin, liquidation and payout

  • Margin: Your loss on a position is limited to the margin you allocate to it.
  • Liquidation: A position is closed automatically when its equity falls to the maintenance margin. Liquidations are final.
  • Max payout: Profit on a position is capped at a multiple of its margin, shown on the order ticket and reserved when the position opens.

Fees and funding

A trading fee applies on open and on close, and funding accrues on open positions. Current rates are shown on the order ticket and on the home page before you sign. Blockchain network fees are paid by you and are not controlled by Levex.

Your wallet

  • Self-custody: You are solely responsible for your wallet, keys and seed phrase. We will never ask for them.
  • Signed orders: Any order signed by your wallet is treated as authorised by you.
  • Deposits: Deposits sent to the wrong address, network or token may be unrecoverable.

Availability and changes

Levex is provided "as is". We may list or delist markets, change leverage caps, fees or limits, or pause trading to protect users. Material changes are reflected in the application before they apply to new orders.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Levex is not liable for trading losses, losses from blockchain congestion or outages, wallet compromise, third-party price feed errors, or any indirect or consequential damages.
